It took just over a year of dating for Huntington native Tom to pop the question to his girlfriend Chelsea over a romantic dinner at one of the couple’s favorite restaurants. Tom made previous arrangements for their families to join them at the restaurant so they would be there to celebrate the special occasion. The couple soon started planning their dream wedding.
